This is an exciting opportunity to shape the user experience of a platform that changes lives, and we're especially seeking someone with a creative approach who thrives in designing simple, friendly, and approachable interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our web-based platform, ensuring a smooth user experience from onboarding to completion.
• Collaborate closely with product, development, and marketing teams to implement new features and improve the current UX.
• Apply motion design principles to create engaging animations and transitions that elevate the user journey.
• Build and manage designs in Webflow, integrating automation where possible to improve efficiency and functionality.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that bring concepts to life and communicate ideas clearly.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure the platform meets user needs and expectations.
• Create and maintain design systems that can scale across the platform.
• Use automation tools to streamline and enhance workflows in design and development processes.

‍Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Knowledge of Webflow for building and designing web pages.
• Experience with motion design (Adobe After Effects, Lottie, etc.).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and how to apply them to web-based platforms.
• Some experience with automation tools (Zapier, Integromat, etc.) is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a major plus.
• Experience working in remote teams and collaborating across different time zones, particularly in Latam.
